Notes — WooCommerce is an open-source e-commerce plugin for WordPress, operated by Automattic. The WordPress.com Terms of Service (governing WooCommerce.com services since January 2021) contain explicit “as is” disclaimers with no uptime commitment and a $50 liability cap. WordPress VIP has a separate 99.95% SLA that does not apply to WooCommerce.com services.
